Why did they schedule this against “Fox and Friends”?
Mueller would be fine with Trump answering questions in writing. If Trump and Mueller are in the same room when Mueller asks and Trump doesn’t exit the room before answering, he can say the answers, write the answers, even express his response through semaphore. Of course, if Trump’s legal team hands Mueller a piece of paper in response, it may as well be a garbage bag of fortune cookie messages or three dog magazines stapled together for all the relevance it would have to something “Trump” had “written”.
He doesn’t know which end of a pencil does that writing thing. It’s Crayola time!!

Where of course any questions can be responded to in writing.

A friend adopted a Macaw that had lived in a bar for many years. Needless to say he learned some colorful words and phrases and can do the cat call whistle like nobody’s business. 
I think Trump’s game plan is to hold off the interview until the matter is before the Supreme Court, where Scalia will bail him out.
