Discussion: Mueller’s Lawyers Say Flynn’s Role In Investigation Is Complete

That’s not a good sign for Spanky – Mueller has basically gotten everything he wanted from him. Of course, Spanky thinks that the House will never impeach him after Pelosi’s statement so he can rest easy.

This may be the 2-minute warning. Game almost over. Trump will throw some Hail Mary’s in the next couple of weeks. However, the game in House Committee Stadium is only part way through the first quarter.

ETA: … as are the investigations by SDNY and the NY Attorney General.

That’s not complete. That’s almost complete or maybe complete, depending …".

Flynn is the key to the whole thing. It started with him and his recorded conversations with Russians. We’ve never heard those recordings, nor seen the transcripts. My take is that Mueller had the goods from Flynn right away, when Flynn started cooperating. The rest was filling in what others did. The House needs to make the recordings of Flynn public.

Seth Abramson has made the point well. If Flynn has provided exemplary cooperation as the OSC says, what major indictments have come of it that we know about? Answer: nothing, yet. That’s a big problem for Trump. If there was any clue that Mueller is holding his cards close to the vest in terms of additional indictments, his handling of Flynn is a clear sign of that.

Yes…and a prick like Flynn never would have agreed to cooperate without a helluva hammer that Mueller had and has.

LOL.
This is Mueller’s way of telling the court that Flynn has been milked dry. Now the traitorous sonofabitch has to go before the Judge who made statements very similar to “Are you sure you want me to sentence you today?”, “Can’t this guy be charged with treason?” and “You sold out your country!”

I bet Flynn still ends up with the “light” treatment already provided to Manafort by two Federal judges.
