The Russians are just so devious and just plain foxy – people well equipped for foreign intrigue. Chinese have the same attributes.
So if I have this straight, corrupt Russian oligarchs who broke criminal codes in undermining our democracy demand their rights in an American courtroom to further undermine our country while immigrants on American soil granted the same rights given to US nationals get herded into cages, and according to Trump, shouldn’t even get a hearing before a judge? What an absurd situation.

Putin doesn’t need to use Russians to get confidential information harming the case. He can just get it from his asset Trump or one of Don the Con’s enablers like Cong. Nunes.
In the field of war, a nation does not reveal their tactics, strategies, battle plans, or spy networks to the enemy they are fighting. Doing so would be to commit suicide on the battlefield.
FYI, the US is at war with Russia. They attacked us during the previous election. We do not reveal our strategies of counter-espionage to the enemy.
Honestly, I think all the Republicans are in league with Putin now. It would have been nice to know where the RNC got all that Citizen’s United dark money, but it sounds like the Republican-appointed federal judges are going to shut down any efforts to expose the truth.
So much for the conservative claims of wanting to protect the rule of law. Just like their claims of family values and fiscal responsibility, all the principles of the Conservative Movement have be shown to be a complete sham. Republicans in all three branches of government are all about greed, bigotry, fascism and furthering the interests of Russia not the USA.

It’s a Constitutional crisis that only the voters can fix. We must get out our vote in every election from now on. Run candidates against them in every office. Pass the ERA and spearhead new amendments to end political gerrymandering and voter suppression.
The next two elections need to be about big problems not the usual wedge issues. We can no longer be civil and let them define us and our nation. That goes double for those who are Christians. We need to reclaim what they have stolen from us.

A brief study of the FBI’s history shows why the First Amendment is null and void. You can’t have freedom of speech and freedom of assembly when the FBI is covertly preventing both. Have they ever been prosecuted for these activities? Nope.

In a case like this, would it be lawful to include canary documents in a response to a discovery request? Because if I were Mueller’s team and I legally could, I would include some items of irrelevant but very juicy false information in a document dump and see how long it took to get to unauthorized russians. And then ask for sanctions.

I really hate to say it but Romney warned us about the Russians and most of us,including me made fun of him about it. I’ve been wondering lately why the Russians haven’t tried interfering in our elections past the way they have with this one. I’ve thought a few things about it such as the the ability harness the power of social media wasn’t there before,or maybe it was there but it wasnt realized. Or maybe there wasnt a candidate the Russians knew they could manipulate or maybe they just feel that barring manipulation he’s just an ignorant ass that’s toxic. Personally my gut tells me that they finally intervened because of a combination of all. The potential of social media was finally realized ,with a candidate that not only is ignorant and bad for the country on his own but they have the ability to control him also. I would like other people’s thoughts please.
