Lock him up already, throw his son in to keep him company.

You just know that now that Trump is President he’s schemed of ways to hand over Gulen to Turkey and keep whatever fee he can negotiate for himself.

“The defendant’s false statements impeded the ability of the public to learn about (add GOP slimeball individual or group here) efforts to influence public opinion about (fill in crime here).”

We are going to be reading a ton of paragraphs like this in the not too distant future.

Mueller has recommended 0-6 months for Flynn, meaning no jail time.

While I find this highly objectionable (though predictable), I would find this a little more palatable as long as all the people above him in the Cockholster Campaign chain of command spend the rest of their lives in prison.

Lock him up.

Does the no jail time pertain to states as well or can they try him there if some of his crimes are at the state level and not federal level, i.e.pzzagate?

As far as we know, that’s just the deal he made with Mueller on the charges Mueller filed against him. I don’t know that he has violated any state laws, but that’s usually a separate issue.

  1. Can a judge include in the sentencing that the guilty party cannot profit from his crimes? e.g., no punditry on Russia, Turkey, Trump, GOP…

  2. Can a civilian judge recommend a court martial to the military? This guy should at minimum lose his rank.

I can’t believe Flynn would take $15 million for handing over Gulen, I mean he had to know that Turkey was having a bit of a financial meltdown. It all just sounds like a crappy movie plot.

And the real deal is
a) Releasing it and
b) Redacting it
c) Sounding very pleased at the results

Three dimensional chess at its finest.
The redactions must be driving Dumbshit Donnie crazy wondering what’s coming down the pike.
He is almost guaranteed to do something stupid further building Meuller’s case.

There ain’t enough popcorn in the world for this one

In 2016 Turkey was swimming in money.
You would think that a smart guy that got to be a General would not fall for such a hairbrained idea.
I would advise all parents to not let their kids join the military if fools like that are going to lead them.

And he still isn’t getting any jail time? Boy it must be a couple of dump trucks worth of stuff he gave Mueller

The “lock her up” guy should do some jail time, if just on principle. I hope the judge gives him some time, if just months.

I don’t trust Mueller. I don’t think he’s going to do a thing to touch Trump when it’s all said and done. At most he’ll issue a report saying there is a lot of smoke but they couldn’t find the fire.

The memo references the article that Flynn put his name to but not the meetings in Sept 2016 on the actual kidnapping discussion which so freaked out former CIA Director Jim Woolsey that he cut and run. He also spoke to the Special Counsel. Mueller downplayed Flynn’s role in the matter because of the high level of cooperation on the 3 investigations.

$15 million for one prisoner snatch; that sounds pretty good if you were in the military planning them for years on soldier’s pay.
