Don’t you just hate it when some law is equivocally unconstitutional? I know I do.

At least Trump, McConnell and the GOP have not completely taken over the federal judiciary. Give them time…

Seems like Donnie, the GOP, and Mississippi in particular are getting a bigly amount of womp womp lately…

Bryant has said frequently that he wants Mississippi to be “the worst place for women.”

FIFY for you, Bryant.

Good for that judge even if it’s only for a short time. It is absolutely no one else’s business if a woman has an abortion and the pro-lifers drive me nuts, all for saving the unborn but when they’re not wanted as children they have no concern. To use an old phrase, don’t like abortion, don’t have one.

The only abortion clinic in Mississippi sued

The only licensed abortion clinic in Mississippi.

The worst thing about “banning abortion” is that more girls and women will die from unsafe procedures.

Not that these monsters care.

Bryant has said frequently that he wants Mississippi to be “the safest place in America for an unborn child.”

Next he’ll require women not to give birth before the tenth trimester.

Here we go,… Goodbye Roe,…

Exactly right. A man who cannot be pregnant or carry a pregnancy to term should not be making policy on reproductive rights of women.

With a major election next week in Mississippi, I wonder if this issue will resonate with voters (especially female voters) there who believe in access to safe healthcare.

“I am confused about where the outrage is at — about 20 million African-American children that have been aborted,” Bryant said. “No one wants to say anything about that. No one wants to talk about that.”

Let me help you - if that number is correct, its 20 million foetuses that have been aborted. Its your choice to be outraged about that.

The anti-abortion zealots are salivating about all of the different ways they are going to be able whittle away at women’s rights with their brand new bought and paid for right wing SCOTUS.

Can someone please tell me how a state having only one abortion provider in the entire state hasn’t already taken the right to choose away from every poor woman who lives there?

If only he had such fervent ardor for born children.

I’d imagine they’d be thrilled about the loss of D votes.

This is exactly what these cases represent, going further and further challenging Roe, getting it to SCOTUS where a majority of men will tell women across the country they have no control over their bodies, only these men do.

No uterus, no policy making.

I stopped thinking of them as pro life a long time ago, because for one thing so many of them are also pro death penalty. Which I oppose. Having an abortion should and must be between a woman and her doctor. End of story.

Unless they want me making policy decisions about prostate cancer treatment, and such treatment deeply offends my religious and moral beliefs such that it should be completely banned under all circumstances. s/
