To all the pundits that after the election were saying that Democrats need to talk to the Trump supporters and listen to what they have to say - I say Fck Yu. They donāt need an ear, they need Mrs. Schum, my sixth grade teacher that used the old nun trick of rapping knuckles with a ruler to keep eyes on their own test. They need to be reminded that this is not how you behave in a civilized society and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated in the least and then someone like Gianforte should be made an example of and given a nice long jail sentence to protect the rest of us that know how to behave.

If their internal polling showed Gianforte likely to lose anyway, and the national GOP realized this could prove a bellwether, is it just possible he assaulted the guy to create an alternate narrative for his embarrassment, making himself the sacrificial lamb if you will, to stop the story being about the magnitude of Trumpās damage to the party? Not least because heās financially entangled with the Russians too, so it might not have been the GOP per se asking?
Yes I know there are simpler explanations we must consider first.
