Mnuchin might consider joining the “sovereign citizens.” They don’t do driver’s licenses, social security cards, and eschew zip codes. Or maybe go whole hog and join the Flat Earth Society. Bet he’s a believer that there are no facts, just opinions (and his are the most important).
