Greitens founded a charity to raise funds for wounded veterans, paid himself a high, six figure salary and used his history as a Navy seal and the concept of a “non-politician” as an asset to get elected. He has proven time and again that he is ignorant and unfit for office. Remind you of anybody?

Josh has made it clear several times that he DGAF about correct spelling, even though it sometimes screws up the meaning of his pieces (occasionally even leaving out a “not” for example, which makes it the complete opposite). I saw that the piece earlier on the SCOTUS Ohio case was corrected for some statement Roberts made but not the dozen or so typos in it.
If he doesn’t resign or isn’t impeached maybe we’ll find out if a governor can run a state from a prison cell.
There’s a really handy life skill in sensing which sort of thing you’re going to look back on with self-reproach and wonder why it seemed like a good idea at the time. “Preserving my good name in the community” and “sexxxy bondage blackmail photos” just don’t go together as concepts really when you give it just a bit more thought.
Unless, of course, you happen to be the proprietor of a Members Only club called, say, The Dungeon or Greitens’ Garrot.

It occurs to me that they ought to replace this guy with a good Honest Mule. At least that way more people would be inclined to be able to tell one jackass from another. Whop knows? Maybe they’ll elect the mule and get honest Government for once.
OT A major milestone in mendacity went largely unnoticed last Tuesday (Jan. 9). Thankfully, The Washington Post was paying attention and, even better, Jimmy Kimmel was there to step into the breach with a video tribute so we wouldn’t miss Lie2K, Cockholster’s 2,000th Lie since taking office. Enjoy.
