At what point does execution of a very limited intelligence human simply become the equivalent of putting down an ill tempered animal? or pulling weeds?.. Not capable of comprehending right from wrong - and too much of a high-maintenance burden for society.
Governor Jay Nixon, “Democrat.” What a filthy rotten sonofabitch.
Fascism has no patience for the infirm, or even the different for that matter.
This is like burning witches. The society formally agrees that some people are too unintelligent or mentally ill to be fully responsible for their crimes. It’s part of the legal system, part of the rules that govern us. But the anxiety-filled angry masses want simple solutions, and the gutless hypocrites who want to prosper by claiming to lead them are perfectly happy to kill people to satisfy that clamoring for blood. Like witch-burning, like lynching. We’re exceptional, all right. Just ask the rest of the developed nations.

it’s a good thing for missourians that they don’t execute EVERYBODY with IQ 70.
