Well, that explains why I didn’t remember him. Poor Mr. Kislyak - the least memorable man in the entire world. People meet him and instantly forget it. Seems to happen to everyone.

The annual meeting of Sectys of State is next week and she will make her decision after discussion with her colleagues. Our FOIA laws may require her to release some of the information. But if I asked for the information as a private citizen, I would bear the cost. So, TBA next week.
I followed-up my phone call with a strongly worded email to her office. Nothing profane but I did mention this seemed like big brother/big government and for what?
