Discussion: Miss. Judge Allegedly Struck, Yelled Slur At Mentally Disabled Black Man

Discussion for article #223141

ā€œWeisenberger did not respond to the Clarion-Ledgerā€™s requests for comment.ā€

I am very sorry if my actions may have inadvertently offended anyone.

Iā€™m sure this judge never falsely convicted anyone.

Disgusting. How could a black person get justice in a case before this judge? He/She cannot, period and for that reason, he needs to step down. And there should be some sort of retribution by the judge for his unacceptable, un-American behavior.

Yeah, thatā€™s Mississippi for you. The best thing you can say about Mississippi is itā€™s not Alabama. Of course, the best thing you can say about Alabama is itā€™s not Mississippiā€¦

In the first place, what kind of judge moonlights as a security guard? In the second place, itā€™s going to be expensive, reviewing every case that he has tried with a non-white defendant.

No one is going to review his cases. These fucking racists scum stick together.

Iā€™d rather be deaf and blind than live in Mississippi

Nothing will happen to his fat ugly racist ass. A miserable painful death is what I wish for him when his time comes

We in Georgia say ā€œThank God for Alabama.ā€ Mississippi position is inferred.

Not sure if the report is true. But Iā€™ll assume for now that it is.

Like Iā€™ve said before, when you think about a judge like this and the former sheriff in New Hampshire who used the ā€˜nā€™ word when referring to the President, people can understand why so many black men and women are in prison.

Majority of the men/women in powerful positions are white and are therefore sentencing/arresting blacks because of their prejudices towards them.

ā€œThis is 2014, not 1960, where someone could slap a young man and call out, ā€˜Run, n-----, run,ā€™ā€ Yeah, today you can only do it in the company of like-minded individuals.

Oh, let him say it for himself!

Nah, heā€™ll go with the even-less-sincere ā€œIā€™m sorry you took offenseā€.

Then invoke his many black friends as an example of how heā€™s not racist.

And the best thing I can say about both those states is Iā€™m very happy I donā€™t live in them!

In the rest of the world you must have a law degree to be a judge or court commissioner, which is the equivalent title.

In MS anyone can become a justice of the peace, particularly KKK and haters without any legal training or vetting. All white males are the law
