“Before Whitley resigned from his post in the Republican Party, he was fired from his job at Hardware Hank.”
There goes his big job!
I guess thing’s will be bleak on the home front this Christmas! No job, no year-in bonus, no unemployment check’s and the lifetime disgrace that goes with being fired from 'Hardware Hank!" That has to be the most humiliating of all!

Jeesh! All the man did was say outloud what the party quietly espouses.

That requires the assumption that the man has the ability to feel humiliation…

Jack, you’re about to learn a good bit about what sort of safety net we have in this country, or don’t have, for people who lose their jobs. This may be useful information in future political activities. It all depends on how fast a learner you are and how capable you are of revising your opinions. Good luck and one piece of advice—spell check will not keep you from making an ass of yourself. Get someone who paid attention in English class to look over your future communications.

Meet the Republican Party leadership.

Sounds like he needs a good PR person. Have a feeling one might be looking for work soon.

Notice that the GOP didn’t fire him—like his day-job employer did.

He just quit—apparently the GOP was just fine with his overt racism and monumental stupidity.

The majority of the GOP really believe this stuff but are aware that it is political suicide to express their true believes. It is all done with winks and code words.Like job creators are really creating jobs with their huge tax cuts and bonuses. But in reality are stashing their money the Mitt Romney finance model, offshore.

Yew’s sure is rite der boss!

Toby be good nigga on out from here’s, boss!

The article notes that he was asked to resign.

So many spelling and grammatical errors in one post. ::shakes head:: And this guy was head of the County GOP? LOL.

I’m concerned about the spread of extremist fundamentalist Islam, but where does this guy get off calling Muslims “parasites?” Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t see a lot of Muslim panhandlers or welfare cheats. If anything, ISIS supporters are showing too much initiative.

Free speech, not free of the consequences of that speech. Righties just do not grasp that concept. How dare us point that out.

I know this guy personally, a wing nut all the way. Maybe he will wake up to the fact that not everyone around him sees the world from his view. Last I saw him I could not get away fast enough. Had to sit at the same table and it was interesting to say the least. I wondered why people avoided him. Now I know.

Food stamps for this guy. Sorry, no unemployment when you get fired for being a sleaze.

This is the GOP, where all the haters congregate. Every day, a new outrage, a collective foot-in-the-mouth disease.

This is part of his FB response to the initial criticisms:
“…I am not a coward are you?.. Let’s see if your love of God and country, patriotism, extends any further than your finger tips on the keyboard.”

Now that this self-proclaimed “not a coward” is unemployed, he’ll be free to sign up with some mercenary outfit that has soldiers of fortune in Syria or Iraq where he can put his body where his mouth is.
