C’mon, Blue Tsunami!
‘Blunami’??
Dilly Dilly!!!
Whoo whoo! I hope this helps Gillum win. From what I’ve seen of him, I am very favorably impressed.
I always wonder if newspaper endorsements really do much, if anything. That said, I’ll take it!
Regarding newspapers, is it wrong that I want to look at the 2016 presidential endorsement list?
Not a bad name for a new Marvel character.
Super power: Ability to see past their own nose.
I think Gillum is gonna win this and drag Nelson to victory with him.
P.S. Lord have you seen the latest CNN polls? Gillum by 12, Nelson by 5. Oh, it must be that Kavanaugh bump.
I have the NYT’s endorsement of Clinton archived. I read it sometimes to remind myself of how prescient they were about the dangers of trumps how every New Yorker probably thought to themselves “Damn right.”
Or as my soon to be governor Gavin Newsom said about our prospects in traditionally red Orange County when he campaigned there “Orange is the new blue.”
It’s probably better to say coastal is the new blue. Coastal California and inland California (with the exception of places like Palm Springs) are two different worlds.
I had the same exact thought pop up.
Newspapers are for Liberal Hacks.
We still will wind up this POS Hunter, though.
Saw the debates, Gillum cleaned his clock. His Congressional record sunk DeSantis and the Mayor just made him look like a rank partisan; dodged weaved the questions. The better man won today. He kept calling him Andrew instead of calling him Mayor and asking him questions, to belittle him and the Mayor ignored him.
he’ll be prosecuted while in office and we’ll see how long he can perform his duties. He deserves an office in the dungeon and I think Nancy will accommodate him.
Agreed. I hope a few shoes drop soon, so that an ant-corruption crusade takes hold in the public consciousness.
Hey Floridians: I used to love reading the Miami Herald in the late 80s-early 90s when I lived down there, is still as good as it used to be?
LOL
Florida: Republican governor candidate flounders over Trump as role model
Ron DeSantis replies to question on children by defending Israel embassy move as Democrat Andrew Gillum shows calm in debate
DeSantis, who recorded a now famous campaign ad in which he taught his children the president’s slogans and policies, responded by saying he thought Trump did the right thing by moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
Referring to his opponent, the Democrat Andrew Gillum, the Republican said: “I know Andrew didn’t support that and doesn’t think that’s right.”
Gillum looked at the host of the first debate of the race, Jake Tapper of CNN, and said: “I’m confused by the question.”
“The question,” Tapper said, “was whether or not he thinks President Trump is a good role model for the children of Florida.”
“That’s what I thought,” Gillum said, drawing laughter from the audience. “No, he’s not. Donald Trump is weak, and he performs as all weak people do. They become bullies, and Mr DeSantis is his acolyte. He’s trying out to be the Trump apprentice. At every turn he’s tweeting him.”
