Discussion: Megyn Kelly Interview With Conspiracy Theorist Fails To Garner Big Ratings

Welcome to the actual big time, Ms. Kelly. This is what having a discerning audience, which can separate alt-fact from GOP fluff, is actually like.

Her next interview will be with a “Creationist historian” who will explain that Santa Claus was actually white.

They also forgot to watch, I guess.

Oddly enough Creationists don’t believe in Santa. They believe in a phantom sky-man because it was written about in a book. Yet there are many books about Santa and he’s tracked by NORAD beginning Dec. 1 Every. Fucking. Year.

We need to take her down. End her career. She just left one of the few “news” outlets that consider her legitimate. Her hiring is a black eye for NBC. She’s a right wing hack who should be working for WorldNetDaily or the like.

I’m boycotting advertisers to her show, I urge others to do same. Taunt her in the street when you see her, ask her if Jesus was white.

Any idea who they thought would watch this?

But on the other hand, it did garner big ridicule.

The interview was not shown here in Connecticut. NBCConnecticut said no.

So congrats, Megyn: you got played by Alex Jones, your reputation is shredded, and turns out, no one really wanted to see it, anyway. Well done!

“Jones never gave a direct answer when Kelly pressed him to admit he was wrong in his claim about the shootings.”

Has NBC given a direct answer when pressed to admit they were wrong in their claim about Kelly being a journalist, instead of a shape-shifting neurotoxic pathogen that causes catastrophic brain injury to viewers?

I predict this same headline would apply no matter who she interviews. Why NBC hired this hack no talent twit in the first place is mystifying.

This is the best news I’ve heard all day. Screw Megyn, screw NBC - both of them whoring for ratings. And especially screw Alex Jones. Any chance we get to diminish his presence in the world is welcomed.

Did you mean “extinguish” instead of “diminish”? Some would consider it a preferable alternative…

With 3.5 million total viewers, Kelly’s program came in behind reruns
of ABC’s America’s Funniest Home Videos (3.7 million).

i didn’t realize conducting real interviews would be such hard work.

Agreed, that’s why I refuse to watch her show or that of human Muppet Greta Van Sustren. They’re both despicable people who sold their souls for a paycheck. They shouldn’t get to just shake it off and start all over again. Working at Fox needs to become a career ender.

All I can say is “Thank Goodness”. If this had been a ratings hit, every detestable slimebag right wing nazi KKKer would get a chance in the spotlight.

Oh wait, that describes Fox news for the past 20 years.

It sure was for Roger the Hutt!

Former Fox viewers missing their fix?

Greta comes on and my household changes the channel. The few times we have missed and got a glimpse, she’s been dreadful.

Has anyone taken a bullet for TPM and watched the thing so they can tell us how she is doing? Or knows her ratings or the demographics of her audience?
