Well seeing how she took Karl Rove down a peg, I wish Megyn had defended herself against Trump. Though her Twitter would have been plagued by a troll assault, it would have been awesome to watch.

You have to be kidding me - I may not respect Megyn all that much, but I understood her to be much smarter than this.

Hillary has had a 25 year run of this. Robert A. Heinlein wrote a book called “The Puppet Masters” in which he accurately laid out the advantage in strength that women have and that Hils embodies.
Most of this “weaker” business is for the benefit of the XY people…and, if people think that Joe Sixpack’s adjustment to Obama was hard, wait for the pretzel-like contortions in store with Our Next President (if the BrownShirts can be neutralized)

This strikes me more as jockeying for position in the FOX hierarchy than an honest expression of disappointment. She knows O’Reilly and what to expect from him as well as anyone. She’s just pointing out he’s a weasel who won’t defend you in a fight or stand up for anything but himself.
