Still, the best possible outcome for him now would be the court to rule against him, he is āforcedā to repeal the bill, and he lodges some weak-sister of an appeal and hopes he can still eek out a win in November.
Iām unclear whether or not the NC bill is going to the court for a ruling or if this ruling simply points out the obvious, that the NC bill is unconstitutional.

Yeah but the real question for McCrory should be whether Boston or Pearl Jam would rather play a concert in Virginia. Or is Virginia too much like Russia and Singapore? Which aging rock stars would rather perform in whose communist country than in what Republicanās state? I need a darned score card to keep track.
The real question is when is the first toddler is going to be arrested when they have to go to the restroom and are with an opposite sex parent and how long will it take for them to win the lawsuit lottery?

I was recently in the menās room (being a be-penished American who is a lifelong dangler) and there was a guy in the stall with a little girl!
So who was the bad person, the girl or the dad? How could I know for certain he was her dad. Could have been a molester. Should I have started beating on him first?

The problem is, the āmajor change in public policyā is the part where yāall are checking genitals and caring. Ten years ago, people used the bathroom that was correct for them and no one knew or cared. Itās only recently that yāall started checking to make sure you have a penis before using the menās room.
