As a frequent caller I can say as fact, McConnellās DC office only answers the telephone every other blue moon with a live person but never a means to record a message while only the Bowling Green office will regularly afford a caller a message record ability.
With this in mind I believe McConnell was lying when he said he regularly hears from Kentuckians.

And itās perfectly normal in normal democracies to hear senior party figures calling on legislators to āseize the momentā by voting on a bill in a couple of hours whose contents are still secret while talk a looming great purge circulates in the background. Just another perfectly normal day in this most normal of democracies.
