Discussion for article #232750
OK, Ted. Let’s look for some railroad tracks and get this thing going.
< MEOW!! > Cat fight!
Sometimes you just have to agree with McConnell. Cruz throwing himself in front of a train does have merit. Ted should consider it.
After Cruz, can we Throw McConnell from the Train?
Zing!! That’s the first witty thing I’ve ever heard him say.
Question: how can a critter such as Turtle Turd make wise cracks? Now, boys and girls
put on your thinking caps. You guessed it, he doesn’t know how.
I hope they hold a raffle for who gets to drive the train.
snarky (who knew?) Kentuckian for the win.
Can I throw out the idea of self-immolation Senator Cruz, it’s sure to be a headline grabber.
The idea does have merit!
The engine would have to be quarantined or destroyed because of contamination by CruzGoo.
…sell tickets.
The money would go a long way toward balancing the budget.
And that’s a pretty clear indication that Cruz isn’t running for President. No way that McConnell makes a crack like this otherwise.
Finally, something where I can agree with McConnell…
wtf is the Alfalfa Club?
Private party for pols where they diss each other.

Once moderate republicans such as those in blue states start looking more closely at the candidates (and they do have a meaningful impact on nominations), Cruz, Rubio and probably Paul will be the first to go. But it is sort of delicious to see the Senate leader gleefully trashing one of the members. Now, if we just didn’t have see the pic of the Senate leader. . .
Could be or it could be McConnell’s attempt to marginalize Cruz as a kook and a joke because he knows Cruz is running for president. Lately, there does seem to be a concerted effort to dismiss the crazies and that’s probably because they’re trying to keep them from running for president or diminish their chances if they do decide to run. Either way, I think McConnell is certainly smart enough to know that whether or not Cruz runs for president, he’ll never, ever have the possibility of being president.
McConnell is going to find out it ain’t him who’s really running things and is in charge…and the Koch brothers will let him know…
I get it. You repeal Obamacare, but you’re then dead so that you don’t have to stick around and hold yourself accountable by implementing that ingenious replacement plan that doesn’t actually exist. Smart move.
