Once again, if McCain, Sasse, Graham or Flake want to make a loud, and resounding statement right now, they will leave the republicans, and come over to the dems. that would make the senate 50/50. Until that happens, this is all just pointless noise and posturing.

No, Senator McCain, we donāt need a select committee of members of Congress. We need an independent special prosecutor, as there is clearly enough circumstantial evidence of criminal activity on the part of the āAdministration.ā The only question is who will have the courage to call for such an appointment? Well, they certainly should be watching the poll numbers! When Rasmussen has Orange at his lowest approval and highest disapproval numbers yet, they should be quite eager to put plenty of daylight between themselves and Putinās Puppet.
I think they are still worried about numbers from the Trumpet base. Seems it has started eroding, and I think if this trend continues their tone will likely start shifting little by little (although there is no backpedaling for some GOPers who are gone too far).
60%+ votes in the GOP primaries went to Trump + Cruz, though, and that part still seems to be mostly behind Trumpā¦ not enough for them yet, it seems.
