The jokes just write themselves.

My motto is, Never let the easy ones go by. Still, this is TOO easy.

In reality he probably hired him because of his criminality.

“I do think everybody has appreciated and enjoyed the fact that elections are decided and determined by the states and this should be a North Carolina issue.”

Everybody has appreciated it in the South since the end of Reconstruction at least, eh?

Mark Harris said he didn’t know before November’s election that …
Harris said he didn’t know that that evidence was…
A background check by Harris’ political consultants missed…

I did not know that match was burning when I threw it into that house I soaked with gasoline!

The GOP has absolutely no shame. They don’t even bother to put effort in their lies: “I didn’t know about all-them-thar-felonious behaviors going on…”

Not believable. Simply rerun the bg checks and watch his history of illegality pop up. Willful ignorance is no excuse for the law, though because Harris is some kind of Xtian minister, it may simply be what he is used to 24/7.

“Harris said he decided he wanted Dowless on his 2018 team after noting Dowless’ candidate — who was Harris’ opponent — in the 2016 GOP primary got an incredible 98 percent of Bladen County’s absentee votes.”

98%? That’s right up there with Putin’s numbers, and Harris thought that was legit? Heh.

Well, I certainly hope his wife chooses the babysitters.

He’s got to ‘fess up to being completely corrupt or a fool. Guess he’s going with the fool defense.

Let’s say something happens. Like my restaurant gets raided and it turns out, oops, I had a bunch of illegal Mexicans in the kitchen.

Does “I didn’t know” get me off free, or totally free?

If you can’t beat them, hire them.

Gotta hand it to Dowless, though … the guy knows how to (illegally) get results.

When I read that that is just what I thought. Harris didn’t think it was legal - he thought “I have to get me some of that.”

So he’s admitting that a whole lot of his votes were illegal. That sounds fine.

So the background check didn’t include a google search? Even if Harris’s excuse was true, which it isn’t, it still shows monumental incompetence.

Please, please, please, Brer Fox. Please don’t throw me in that briar patch. Oh please, oh please, oh please.

It can happen to anyone. I once hired mob goons to break the legs of people who owed me money. It turns out they were mob goons who had been previously convicted of extortion and assault. I was so embarrassed. Me and my customers had a big laugh about it when I introduced them to my new felony-free mob goons. Good criminals are hard to find these days.

‘McCready said if Harris knew Dowless was illegally handling potentially vulnerable ballots, the candidate should go to jail.’…and Harris trots out to call that an ‘outlandish statement’…Wow…READ ALL THE WORDS Mark and take some responsibility for who you hire…
