Unless Rubio is referring to the fact that Obama doesnât allow any BS to enter into his negotiations, then Rubio may have justification for his one-sided claim. Obama doesnât negotiate down at the same level as Republicans.

Does he really want to open up that entire hostages discussion regarding Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan? Isnât there quite a bit of evidence that Reaganâs team delayed the release of the hostages until right after he took office so he got the credit? That action alone has made me view Reagan as a kind of more charming Dick Cheney. Do I have this wrong?

Iâd actually agree with Rubio, but not because of how Obama handled this negotiate. I would agree that Obama is a terrible negotiater when it comes to the GOP. He lets you all get away with way too much and Americans get shafted in the process.
