I’m expecting the WH to leak stuff and accuse Mueller or Schneiderman’s outfits. Maybe they aren’t desperate enough yet. I’m amazed they haven’t done it yet.
Busy week for Mueller on the Flynn, Manafort and Comey obstruction tracks. Also working on the Cohen/Sater track, the FB/TWTR/Cambridge Analytica data laundering and campaign coordination tracks. And let’s not forget the cover up of the 6/9/16 meeting with Russian spies track.
Hillary Clinton has also hit Trump quite directly regarding the 6/9 meeting and the campaign coordination track. Her directness is influencing how the media and the public look at this. It will give Mueller more legitimacy when he starts identifying the scope of crimes committed and starts indicting people.
My hope is that Mueller goes after Flynn and Manfort first to get some big names in there. That will get the ball rolling and I believe many will then tell their stories openly in the hope of avoiding liability.
He was asked if he was ready to testify, according to the CNN report.
“Hell yeah,” Maloni responded, while also giving a thumbs up.
“I’m a spokesperson, for Christ’s sake. That’s what I do is talk. Will I be getting paid for this?”
He really does TRY to be the master of deflection, doesn’t he? But it really is just a signal that something is up…

I am surprised he didn’t go after HRC after her interview with Rachel last night. He thought flying over Florida would give him cover this week, but after the Session’s revelations and Grand Jury testimony, the Right hating him, the Dem’s playing him, the Brit’s despising him, Coulter wanting to impeach him . . .no wonder he is going to his golf course in New Jersey.
Wait and see what he has late on a Friday night . .
I imagine Mueller has a truckload of criminal activity information around Manafort’s and Flynn’s necks, and doesn’t need their testimony or information for much of anything other than to give them more opportunities to lie about it so he can add perjury and obstruction of justice to their list of crimes.
I doubt they will decide to “cut a deal” for information because by now Mueller probably knows about all of it. Just prosecute them and make the others very nervous.
