Not to mention violating both Criminal-Reporter and Executive Privilege. Talk about persecution. It’s high time criminals are protected by a Shield Law.

The fact that the AP and Mueller were able to gain info from the same source is completely unsurprising, and does not provide any evidence of collusion between the AP and Mueller’s team.

The real story here is that Mueller apparently had at least one confidential informant within Manafort’s ranks.

This is very bad news for Team Manafort, and may also relate to the recent story suggesting possible signs that Gates may have started cooperating with Mueller (or may be preparing to)…which, related or unrelated, would be very, very bad news for Manafort, too.

That is SO true. It’s time we started asking ourselves: Are we willing to live in a country where anyone who breaks a law is subject to prosecution, regardless of how wealthy or white or male they may be? Is that really the kind of place we want to live in? I know how I would answer that question.

Actually, it is quite possible to accidentally upload the wrong document as an exhibit on the electronic filing system, as easy as if you uploaded the image on TPM from your computer right next to or above or below the one you intended to upload for your comment. And nobody whose report on this I saw last night (TRMS ) suggested it was intentional.

I’ve used ECF/PACER myself and no, you don’t make mistakes if you check before you submit.

That would be because there’s no factual support for drawing a conclusion EITHER WAY. THAT is the point. Giving this guy too much credit or a free pass is just plain bogus and editorializing.

Moreover, what other people reported (or did not report) is not a basis for what should be reported. That’s just circular logic that results in a nonsense feedback loop.

I saw that too, and i really don’t know what to think of it. If, as you point out, this implies that Mueller had an informant implanted in the Deep GOP State for years in advance, then that would effectively pre-date his appointment as Special Prosecutor. The only way i can see that happening is if it was the FBI, and not Mueller who implanted the mole. If that’s the case, then the entire GOP is truly, truly FUCKED! FUBAR! Needless to say, but i’ll say it anyway, i hope that is the case.

Well, according to what I heard on MSNBC and read, the attachment is supposed to be a Proposed Scheduling Order and instead is an internal memo by the lawyers. If you prefer to believe that no one has ever mistakenly uploaded the wrong exhibit on ECF, you are welcome to your belief. In the meantime, the probability given the facts is that it was a mistake or accidental upload, rather than an intentional attempt to persuade the Court about how unfair everything is, disguised as a Proposed Scheduling Order.

But there IS this…citing an episode of TV show Chicago Justice

Good thing all those warehouses holding all the guns Obama confiscated were emptied and by Trump and given back to their owners so they’re prepared to for the zombie apocalypse Clinton will be releasing on the despicables, to be carried live on Fox and Infowars since the Fake Media will cover it up. Sad.

Nah, it was another Clinton dark state operation because Obama. Like the Trumpies say, either there’s nothing here - or a Clinton/Obama conspiracy. Or both.

This is where basically all conspiracy theories fall down: they require such close control of information across so many parties. To quote an expert on that: “Bullwinkle, that trick never works.”

Either:

  1. Someone blabs, or

  2. Someone fucks up.

Or both.

First, again, assessing “probability” on our behalf has no place in the article. Second, what facts? The only facts you have are that it happened. Using that alone to conjecture as to why it happened is, again, circular. There are no secondary or tertiary facts indicating anything one way or the other. Pure speculation.

The RawStory article you linked even admits that: “The question of whether the internal memo was inadvertently or intentionally released has been a matter of online speculation.”

I can speculate too: It’s the beginnings of a witness intimidation campaign. “We now have two dots to connect. We’re onto you. You better pray we don’t figure out who you are, because Putin and his mafia-connected WH puppet will not be happy with you.”
