Listen here Mueller
The Money laundering, foreign payments, lying under oath and Treason are none of your beeswax , so just move along.
It’s like I got a parking ticket while robbing a bank
Would anybody be interested in the Bank robbery?
I think not

I’m sure that’ll work.

I thought Manafort was in dire financial straits, but he seems to be getting more out of his lawyers than Trump is getting from the team of WH bozos. Maybe he’s paying them with carpets, Italian suits and alligator shoes.

The sad part is that if it works, we have no hope of anything coming from this investigation. Sure, Manafort is guilty as hell, but if the courts decide there is nothing to this, it’s game over.

Bless Manafort’s little shriveled black heart. Mueller has absolutely no business talking about those maggots that were there when he picked up the rock – any decent person would have just brushed them off and then said the rock is clean.

What a waste of legal process. Even if Mueller overstepped his bounds, no one can argue that the nearest U.S. Attorney couldn’t bring the same charges. The DOJ doesn’t need anyone’s “permission” to investigate a Federal crime. So go ahead and dismiss the indictment, and see it refiled within the hour.

Yes, I’m guilty. But you weren’t supposed to look at that so the charges should be dismissed.

Whoo boy. Where do they find these guys?

Manfort is so desperate. Boo hoo.

So, Manafort’s argument is that, even if he committed the crimes, he can only be prosecuted by people who aren’t investigating Russia? And even if Mueller can prosecute him, Manafort is still immune because the DoJ already knew he’s a crook?

Yeah, that’s some sophisticated legal reasoning there, Paul.

They’re at the “throwing spaghetti against the wall” stage of their defense.

We’re not a banana republic. These are serious charges. The world’s democracies are coming to terms with the intersection of financial crimes and political manipulation. This should be thrown out and frankly he shouldn’t be allowed to bring a similar claim again.

If this doesn’t work for Paul, expect the next legal defense play to be “sovereign citizen” immunity.

For starters, Mannafort lacks standing to challenge Mueller’s charter. This falls into the category one my colleagues and I creatively call “Stupid Motions.” This is going to irritate the Judge in the Eastern District, who is already unhappy with Mannafort and how his lawyer is handling his defense and will deny this motion. Hope his lawyer is sanctioned for a frivoulous argument.

If he files as Paul, born free to the family Manafort, constituent to The People of the State of Connecticut, … a Man, ‘State of Body’ competent to be a witness and having First Hand Knowledge of The FACTS …," you’ll know what’s up.
