Instead of oriental rugs, he should have saved his money for lawyers. These motions he’s filing have got to be costing a hell of a lot of money. Oh well, he won’t need the money where he’s going.

Wouldn’t a judge have to have already signed off on the no-knock warrant in the first place? Clearly, someone thought the existing evidence warranted the search… as in, literally warranted.
