If this is in federal court it will eventually head to the supremes. I wonder whether they will declare it moot or decide that the new commission is somehow unconstitutional because it reduces republican rights.

It is so hard to cheat when the mob changes the rules. Very hard. Sad.

:anguished:   :joy:

Actually, I assume that effort has been underway at the Heritage Foundation, Cato Institute, or ALEC for quite some time. The only real task before the SC is to select a case to use as a vehicle to delivery that weapon of mass disenfranchisement.

Well it ain’t dollars vs. rubles, neither kind has their dough in worthless rubles.

Now, the Reactionary Party is dollars vs. rubes., but that’s another story.

You forgot the Federalist Society, but otherwise spot on Sir!

I’ve never bothered to look to see whether the Federalist Society just groomed corporatist ideologues for the Judiciary, or whether it was a think tank in its own right.

As the man, said: ladies, ladies – it’s both!
