Although Macron’s name is lathered all over discussions of this event he had nothing to do with it. He didn’t order it and the guy was not acting in his duties to Macron when he did it. In reality this is just a thug that thought he had impunity acting that out. And has nothing to do with the frequently mentioned Macron.
