“negligence or other wrongful act”
This seems to be more of a “criminal” or “insane” act, not sure if this is “negligence” or “wrongful”. If the the co-pilot missed the runway, fell asleep, was hungover, etc., that would be negligent or wrongful. I’d like to see other legal opinions, not just the one person cited.
