My brother-in-law became a welder because his father was a welder, a very tough union to get into, but guaranteed high paying employment virtually for life and came with his father’s endorsement. Actors and actresses children become actors and actresses. Same with musicians and writers. It’s what the offspring grow up with and know. I know I’ve thoroughly beat the subject to death but nepotism is best represented by a son-in-law and daughter being appointed to influential offices in the administration.
