Donald likes ‘marginal’ people…

Cadet Bone Spurs was a granted a military exemption from a podiatrist in this place as a favor to Fred who owned the building.

“I know it was a favor,” said one daughter, Dr. Elysa Braunstein, 56, who along with her sister, Sharon Kessel, 53, shared the family’s account for the first time publicly

There’s a very good reason why a married man with 5 children and numerous grandchildren and where money is no object, is left alone on Christmas to his own machinations. In that context, it makes perfect sense he’d try to destroy a young girl’s fantasy. No one likes him and no one wants to be around him.

Well, if you ever needed proof of what kind of whack job Tromp is…you got it. Asking a 7 year old if they still believe in Santa? Definitely marginal sanity.

At age four my father took me to a strip mall Santa deal. Sat on Santa’s lap. Looked him over and saw the beard was held on by ear hooks, fake. Got home.

Mom excited, “Did you go see Santa?! Did you tell him what you wanted for Christmas?!”

“We didn’t see Santa.”

Mom gives Dad a quizzical look, he shrugs his shoulders.

“Well, Dad took you to see Santa. What do you mean you didn’t see him?”

“That wasn’t Santa, his beard was fake.”

“Oh, well, Santa is very busy this time of year, so he sends helpers to talk to children while he’s making toys and getting ready for Christmas.”

“Oh, hmmmmm, but why do the helpers pretend they’re Santa when they’re not? Why don’t they just tell us they’re helpers?”

Fast forward to a bunch of BS explanations and non-sensical glossing over my questions. I’m a bit concerned I was taken to see a fake Santa, and now I’m confronted with both my parents lying about what’s just happened. At this point the entire Christmas-Santa charade is exposed, and I also know adults are perfectly fine with lying to kids, with a straight face.

Needless to say starting at age four I never took anything at face value again, and all adults were now on a “Trust but verify” status.

I think it’s time for this Santa tradition to be scrapped. Quit lying to your kids about things. Life is going to slap them in the face hard soon enough anyway, and they’re probably on to you about more of your deceits than you care to know.

The exposure of the Santa Scam put me on the road to atheism.

I eventually figured out that this whole “God” thing was just Santa for grown-ups, with fear of eternal damnation as the hook instead of a lump of coal and it was all bullshit.

Run by a Big Eastern Syndicate indeed

You can’t have Christmas without CASH.

Perhaps he is not trusted with the grandchildren. I wouldn’t have a child or pet around him.

This! Thank you.

Like scorpions, Trump is what he is and does what he does. What I want to know is WTF the mother was thinking when she let her daughter talk to Trump, would she let her pick up an scorpion too?

“Yes, Dear, there IS a Santa. don’t trust the President, he’s a Republican and he lies. But I repeat myself. No, Dear, he’s not the Grinch. He’s not Scrooge. They were fictional assholes, He’s the Real Thing.”

So this brings to mind that age old question: If an asshole says something assholy to a child and that child does not know its an assholy thing to say is it still an assholy thing to say?

But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that his hands were two sizes too small.

When our kids were little we never told them Santa was real. I told them Santa was a “nice pretend,” although they were under strict orders not to tell the other kids who thought he was real. We never took them to see Santa at the mall for photos. Present tags were “from Santa,” but we never pretended Santa was real, just a story. Too bad, they believed anyway, just like all the other kids.

First he sells out America to the Russians then he frags a little girl in the War on Christmas.

History will not be kind.

So we were terribly unfair when we said he had the vocabulary of a four-year-old. He has proven he knows a word that a seven-year-old didn’t.

A lot of people tell me Toadglans was disappointed with his gift from Santa this year …

… even though it was far from “marginal.”
