I realize people often overuse or even incorrectly use the world “literally” but I have to say in this case W. literally created the mess that so troubles Lindsey Graham. Of course, poor Lindsey is far too obtuse to understand the true nature of the problems plaguing the world today, so how could he possibly even begin to fathom their origins? I imagine tying shoes challenges him :wink:

I am starting to see GW Bush as a sort of American Saddam Hussein. As with Hussein, as soon as Dubya was out of power, the republican diaspora fractured into several warring factions that no one can control, and that will lead to decades of dissatisfaction for its constituents.

Lindsey, It was the killing of Abu Musab al Zarkawi in 2006 (That’s BEFORE Obama was POTUS. btw) by the American military that enabled Baghdadi to take power and change that al Qaida off shoot into ISIS. And we had Baghdadi in prison and he was let go. So ISIS was enabled by your man Bush.
