Discussion: Leeann Tweeden: Al Franken’s Fate Is ‘For The People Of Minnesota To Decide’

Here in Minnesota, we need a Leeanne Tweeden to point out our Republican congressman just voted to take away healthcare for some 13 million Americans, kill tens of thousands of Americans, let CHIP “sunset”, and leave thousands of Minnesota children without the only healthcare keeping them alive. Franken needs professional help with his personal problems. Every GOP elected official, and every GOP voter needs to spend time in jail for the harm and murder of Americans.

Funny you should say that. Here’s the proof that it was a gag and that she was in on it.
This is a set-up designed to distract attention from Moore and GOP misdeeds.

That doesn’t answer the question.

Its been reported elsewhere

That would be my guess.
It was a clumsy sloppy wet kiss.
A what were you thinking moment for Franken
a EEEWWWW moment for her

“Tweeden was a correspondent for Fox Sports Networks’ The Best Damn Sports Show Period from 2001 to 2007. In 2008, Tweeden became the third hostess of the NBC late night television series Poker After Dark.[4] She has also appeared on the political discussion series Hannity in 2011 and 2012.[1] She was a member of the “Great American Panel” and also occasionally appeared on the panel of Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld.[5][6]”

She then added that she is not, unlike many online and some publications, demanding the two-term senator resign. “I’m not calling for him to step down,” she said. “That’s not my place to say that. If there are other people who come out and say he’s done this, I don’t know.”

Tweeden’s position on a possible Senate investigation is similar. “The ethics investigation — if that’s what Mitch McConnell wants to do — I’m not calling for that . . . I’m not demanding any of that,” Tweeden said.

I tried yesterday and couldn’t find a thing. Wrong search words I suppose, but kudos to you! I knew she wasn’t sleeping.

What’s with your multiple torrent of doubting Q’s?..look all around you, even this thread!

I don’t know how you interpret “It’s on them (the Senate leadership))” around the 1:30 mark

I misread his comment. I thought he was asking when Franken was going to apologize.

I’m no Tweeden supporter, but from the other discussions I’ve read, it really doesn’t sound like this tweet has any real evidence behind it.

How … generous of the newly minted princess. Did she check with her pal Hannity before saying that?

The concern trolling is strong in this one.

I think @erik_t has a valid point, way too many quotes without sourcing on the internet., Let’s try to be better…

Funny, that is not what Senator Franken said on the record. I’ll take Franken’s word over some anonymous tweet. He was there.
