You can believe anything you want … but unfortunately for you, the justice system deals in facts.

"The anti-choice, anti-women misogynists who bankrolled our clients assured us this would be a cakewalk. Lots of free publicity, heroes to The Cause, money would be rolling in. No one said anything about having to actually appear in court and attempt to defend them.

Will you look at the time? Gotta go. Things to see, places to do. Good luck finding new attorneys. Bye."

Someone needs to ask him to give up an example of an investigative reporter successfully using fake or altered ids to gain access to a story.

Gist being reporters are taught to never become a distraction to a major story.

Do they always followed that rule? Not always

Are there reprehcussions (sp) for this type of behavior?

Yep

“Instead of indicting the wrong doers here – the organization trafficking in babies’ body parts – they’ve gone after the whistleblowers,” Woodfill said.

That statement alone tells me all I need to know about their legal defense team: Just as stupid as the indicted.

“They were intending to expose the truth, all they were going in there [to do] is to show what was actually occurring in this facility – something that has been hidden from the public,” Woodfill said.

And they succeeded in showing the public just what is happening at Planned Parenthood–nothing illegal. As a matter of fact, your clients proved PP’s contention that PP follows the laws to the letter. Your clients, otoh, not so much.

Yeah, these guys look like SCOTUS nominee candidates.

There are currently felony warrants out for the two activists, but the lawyers confirmed Wednesday that they were discussing turning themselves into a Houston court.

Kind of like one of these sovereign citizen’s “common-law courts”?

I think there’s a typo there.

Investigative journalists use these tactics? I’m sure that’s news to investigative journalists, most of whom agree to follow professional ethics codes just like everybody else in a newsroom. Mr. Lawyer has one hell of a way for warming up for a client settlement.

“they were discussing turning themselves into a Houston court.”

WOW! That would be a neat trick…poof…from human to courthouse in the blink of an eye! Is that like a new form of lycanthropy?

Pssssst: it’s “in to”…or maybe even better “in at”…

This is exactly what anyone would expect them to say?

Just like buying beer. Good god repigs are stupid.

'scuse me, but a misdemeanor performed in furtherance of a felony is eligible to be upgraded to a felony.

And my usual disclaimer: Practicing law without a license is my third most favorite crime.
