Discussion: Lawyer Who Defended Moore Dating Teens On TV Arrested On Drug Charges

To be fair, Trent was on acid while he was defending Pedo RoyBoy.

When they fall, they fall hard. And that is good.

I love a little end-of-the-week Schadenfreude. But then I want even more…

Trenton Roger Garmon was arrested by the Gadsden, Alabama, police and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia,

Isn’t there a mall in Gadsden, a mall that apparently not only had pervs but now dope fiends?

Guilt by association anyone?

Really, TPM should be above this sort of thing.

I, too, would have to be high as a kite to willingly defend the likes of Roy Moore.

TPM really should have embedded the Velshi & Ruhle clip containing quite possibly my favorite line from any news program: “Ali’s from Canada.”

Usually I would look askance at police arresting someone for marijuana. But if he was stoned enough to be driving erratically, then that’s in line with the rest of his bad behavior.

Excuse me, but when you hold yourself out as a moral arbiter, who you surround yourself with comes into play as well… besides, the headline didn’t say Moore sold him the drugs – he was an important surrogate during the Senate campaign.

Let’s not forget that Roy Moore’s son has been arrested some nine times on a variety of charges including drugs, DUI and criminal trespass.

More likely he was starting to suffer from withdraw and urgently needed a fix, decided that defending Moore was better than offering BJs at a truck stop.

Aside from the fact he was defending a pedophile, something seemed uber creepy about him at the time. Anyone checked his hard drives for illegal content yet. To be specific, kiddie porn.

I had no idea Roy Moore was dating teens on tv!

Surely a true sign of a highly principled conservative Republican.

Endorsing Alabama’s draconian drug laws to own the Republicans. Good job.

I’m pretty sure this is just a Will Forte character that went too far.

Roy Moore, his lawyer, his son, their trespasses are nothing. They’re fun to comment on and we take the bait and respond.

Meanwhile back in the real world Iraqis are taking control of this admin’s policies towards Iran because they stay at his hotels. It’s far more worthy a discussion than grift in Alabama.

an example of how Trump’s D.C. hotel, a popular gathering place for Republican politicians and people with government business, has become a favorite stopover for influential foreigners who have an agenda to pursue with the Trump administration.

A gallery of would-be foreign leaders — including exiles and upstarts who cannot always rely on a state-to-state channel to reach Trump’s government — have been gliding through the polished lobby of the Trump International Hotel since it opened in 2016.
