He said in a ārambling four-plus pages,ā the letter went through a number of reasons why he was firing Comey. āNow I am not going to go through all of those with you but I will tell you one of them is he claims to want to fire the director of the FBI because of his failure to fire me,ā McCabe said.ā

McCabe is a bridge joining the people who watch Ari/ Rachel/Lawrence with the Independents and those who are not daily tuned into āpoliticsā and who have been casually following the Mueller Investigation. For one thing, unlike the Wolff and Woodward, McCabe has an air of FBI competenceāplus experience at key junctures.
