Discussion: Lawyer: Ex-Ole Miss Student Didn't Hang Noose On Meredith Statue

Discussion for article #234933

Guys, I know you’re going to hate me for saying it, but without regard to the merits, I really do have to give a professional hat tip to the skill of the lawyering, at multiple levels, that went into that very well-crafted statement.

You saved it, didn’t you?

I agree with the lawyering… although…

This may get clearer as it develops… It will be quite interesting to see how this case develops. Although the attorney states ''The other two have apparently received federal forgiveness for any involvement…" the unknown fact may possibly be that the other two are under sealed indictment and have both dumped on his client.

Keep in mind, the named individual has been charged with “conspiracy” and can only be charged with conspiracy when two or more persons conspire to commit, and in this case carry out the crime.

NOTE: I do respect the right of the defendant to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

So, let’s recap. A drunken bunch of college kids express their racism and the DOJ is all over it. But cops can kill unarmed African American citizens from sea to shining sea and the DOJ runs the other way with its tail between its legs. To Eric Holder, friend of the banksters, that’s called “justice.” What a farce.

Lol.
