If Trump tells Sekulow that he has no information that he is under investigation, is it then ethical for Sekulow to make these claims?
I’m having a hard time seeing how he didn’t cross some lines here, especially since his client says he IS under investigation.
Specifically, could he get himself tangled up in an obstruction charge if he is lying here?
