Trump cannot effectively run a meeting. Trump has no grasp of facts and/or policy and/or desired results. Trump is ignorant of the legislative process. Trumpās so-called stellar negotiating skills have been laid bare as sloppy and an illusion.
Rump has NO idea what he agreed to because, as benthere says, he has no grasp of facts and policy. If someone says something that Rump thinks might get him some kind of accolades, heāll agree to it. If it doesnāt do that, then heāll say that he never meant what he said or just outright deny he said it at all.

Heh. I went to a day-long Edward Tufte seminar years ago. It was pretty cool. He passed around a book that had belonged to Galileo. Pretty trippy to hold it knowing heād held it too.
