A local reporter spotted Greitens being taken into custody at St. Louis’ Carnahan Courthouse Thursday afternoon before he was released on bond.

How is that for a subtle real life juxtapositioning? Well respected well liked late Governor’s name sake courthouse as the site where the current, disgusting, dishonest governor gets charges filed against him.

None of this is that bad … or criminal …(if you’re a republican ----

The spoiled, petulant GOP will always howl and throw a fit if they don’t get their way. It’s in the GOP DNA, has been for years.

Besides, Trump has proven you can just lie, lie and lie- and Nothing. Will. Happen.

RUN FOR OFFICE! Throw these bums OUT on the ear so hard they BOUNCE and will think 3-4 times before showing their ugly behavior again.

So does the prosecutor have the photo?

Without the photo I don’t know how the prove the felony. There were only two people in the room and he denies he ever took the photo? I’m guessing the transmittal was his phone backing up to his computer.

If they have the photo Greitens will be gone by Monday.

Here’s a good rundown from the St Louis Post Dispatch. http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/missouri-gov-eric-greitens-indicted-for-felony-invasion-of-privacy/article_3599554f-fcc4-551e-a0ae-b83368208a30.html

Lazy left eye? Lazy morals?

Greitens was a lifelong Democrat who jumped on the Trumpism train to run for governor as a Republican, his first political race. Trump can make you crash and burn even from a distance.

From the news story, it sounds as if they have some evidence that the picture was transmitted elsewhere. The story mentions that the blackmail allegation is not part of the indictment. I wonder whether something as simple as uploading the camera’s memory card to a PC would qualify as transmission.

But the fact that the lawyer is focusing on the legality of the sexual behavior – rather than on the nonconsensual-porn charge for which Greitens has been indicted – does not bode well for the governor.

IANAL, so would any searches or third-party production of files and logs already have been completed? Because there is a man who really does not want investigators executing a search warrant on his house and hard disks, no matter how carefully minimized.

It all comes down to the photo. If the prosecuter’s office was able to recover the photo, Greitens is out by Monday. No photo and I can see this going to trial. If Greitens resigns, his political career is over, beats it at trial, and he’s a hero to the loony right.

So, is it still “God’s Law” and then man’s law, Republicans, or are y’all just kidding about that too?

And you say it was consensual? I’d like to hear the Mrs agree she consented.

WTF is a “George Soros group”? More imaginary BS from the desperate wingnuts. Their savior and future contender is a sleaze like the rest of the Republicans. Good riddance!

Wonder what his “safe word” is…

Keep fighting, Buddy! Drag this on until November.

A “George Soros group” is a Commie Satanic cult teachers union indoctrinating our precious children in the evil ways of Saul Alinsky. With a medium side of fries and a drink. Now only $6.99 at participating stores.

The people of Missouri deserve better than a reckless liberal prosecutor who uses her office to score political points.

That ain’t you, by a long shot.
