Rob Maness seems to have missed that the ACA is a LAW that has been upheld by the Supreme Court. Consequently even if he were elected he cannot by himself affect the law. He would need to get a majority of both chambers AND the President (or a veto proof majority) to sign onto his idea and I don’t see that happening.
