Discussion: Kushner's Lawyer Defends Missing Documents To Senate Committee

Jared’s way too pretty for prison.

That’s a darn shame…

Despite Lowell’s obfuscations, it’s clear Kushner did not comply with the requirements of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Why does this man still have a security clearance? In fact, why does he still have a passport?

I’m sure he’ll be welcomed there with open zippers.

He is an odd one, isn’t he? I’ve never seen a photo of him where he conveys any personality or reactions beyond that of a Ken doll. (Maybe that’s the only way he can prevent himself from crying as he starts to realize how much trouble he’s in . . . )

What is Lowell doing still representing this felonious fool?

“A lot of people come claiming to carry messages.”

I take this to mean there were a lot of contacts. And declining some meetings means that at some point before September they had established the most helpful lines of communication.

… his lawyers offered to make the transcripts available from the other interviews

…we do not have those transcripts,” Lowell wrote

Well, that explains that

Lowell replied that Kushner had provided the Judiciary panel with the same documents he had provided the intelligence panels, believing that would be enough to satisfy the Judiciary request.

It’s the omissions that will get pretty boy Jared.

The pattern of this son a of criminal is unique in these times.

For the good of the country these people need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The precedents they have set are an abomination to a free and fair society.

An example has to be made, otherwise we are being led down a dark and perilous path.

Kushner has an obvious pattern of not being forthcoming. He is a liar, plain and simple. These excuses put forth by this attorney are not going to fly.

Kushner is much more forthcoming when the paperwork involves evictions, especially when those evictions are illegal and aimed at people living in rent-controlled properties.

Cashing checks for his very, very large retainers.

Abbe Lowell is a man. I made the same mistake a couple of times before I looked him up.

Fixed. Thanks.

"For now I think we decline such meetings. "

So, declined “for now” but still open to collusion if the Russian connection can be verified.

I’m still waiting for the full story about his effort to set up a communication channel with Russia that would be controlled by the Russians and would, quite possibly, put those communications out of the reach of FOIA requests and other open-government rules and also make those communications opaque to US intelligence agencies.

Lowell is busy. Just finished the Menendez trial. Equal opportunity fixer.

Lowell goes on to quote Kushner’s response to that email: “Pass on this. A lot of people come claiming to carry messages. Very few we are able to verify. For now I think we decline such meetings. Most likely these people go home and claim they have special access to gain importance for themselves. Be careful.”

Interesting.

So, Mr. Kushner, list the people who came claiming to carry messages.

Now tells us which of these ones were you able to verify?

What steps did you take when you verified these?

Are you aware of any people claiming special access they don’t have?

And finally what were the messages you succeeded in verifying?
