Discussion: Kushner Cos. Loses A Key Motion In Class Action Filed By Baltimore Tenants

Jared’s smirk is slowly disappearing from his countenance. May it be so.

It’s getting harder and harder to be a thieving slumlord nowadays.

Pity.
With Ivanka’s business gone, how are they going to live on a measly million a year?
One at a time, one at a time… and then there were none.

“A Maryland judge is allowing a class action lawsuit against Jared Kushner’s family real estate company to proceed, in a ruling that denies most of the company’s arguments to dismiss the case over its treatment of tenants at large apartment complexes in the Baltimore area. The company’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit was heard on Wednesday by Barry Williams.”

My first reaction was … Good!

My second reaction was, Greg Brady is a Judge?

Bad day for Jarvanka. Too bad.

No, wait. Make that: Good, and entirely deserved.

ProPublica kicks ass.

When the real estate rats work in the dark, they can pressure one person at a time.

Complicity & Clown Prince…

Although I’m surprised that Traitor Tot and Date Rape weren’t in on the scam.

NYT (pay wall) had an article yesterday that is being discussed on the Ivanka Closing Down Fashion Brand. The article says that Signature Bank gave loans to Jarod Kushner that they were not supposed to give due to Kushner forcing tenants out of their rent-controlled apartments. State of New York is investigating.

Its like the Kushners were operating a rental agreement like a bunch of low-life thugs and unscrupulous payday lenders (I know, that’s redundant). They made sure the rent was always in arrears by applying it towards their ridiculous made-up fees. Typical slumlord. I hope I live long enough to see that entire fucked up family go broke and experience hard times like they’ve put so many innocent people through. They deserve no less.

The president’s son-in-law/senior adviser is a real friend of working people struggling to get by.

I agree with the go broke part but I hope for a different ending for the entirety of their families including the little baron boy, coz there’s just no chance that boy will turn out any different than his siblings.

That smirk seem to be something the REPUGS train at. Bush had it. TN governer has it. Many, many others.

I’d like to see them all deported to Russia with only 100 bucks between all of them to share and with only the clothes on their backs.

this case seems well beyond a civil matter. a good argument could be made by the MD AG that the company has been engaging in a long ongoing criminal conspiracy, and charge it under the RICO statutes. at that point, all the company’s assets could be seized, and assumed to be the profits of the illegal activity, until proven otherwise.
