Throw his sorry ass in jail. That’s where he belongs.

Lock him up. This is just a small tip of the bad karma coming Kobachs way. Stand clear, humans, that man is a black hole.

Does this dude have a brain? He surely sounds and acts as if he’s a medically deranged individual.

Hate that guy. If he goes down, I’m pretty sure no one will cry for him. He made his bed…I hope he’s made to lie in it now.

I suppose Kansas could remove him from office for defying the court order, but since Brownback and the entire Republican party in Kansas are so feckless and such a complete failure themselves, that’ll never happen.

Contempt for the contemnor.

Between this and Newby, it looks like the judiciary is starting to fight back against the movement to keep legal voters from having access to their right to vote. If there is any single reason to make sure Hillary is elected, it’s the liberal judiciary that will result…not only the Supreme Court but also the rest of it. That will be the firewall against these conservative movements that want to remove rights from anyone who won’t vote Republican.

Too late.

Time to use Section 2 of the14th Amendment and strip a congressman away from Kansas!

Anything that makes Kris Kobach unhappy in a legal or policy sense makes me joyful. Does that make me a bad person?

This is a Poll Tax pure and simple. Destroy these states financially, the courts must make them pay for all costs surrounding getting citizenship paperwork. A couple of million US Passports will set them back a good amount. Selling Mr Kobach’s belongings for this effort will be a start.

Criminals should be in jail, not running government.
