Delaying the adjudication of deportation proceedings is called “prosecutorial discretion” and every prosecutor in the country uses it at one time or another.
When the President uses it, it is not an impeachable offense.
In fact, it’s pretty standard operating procedure.
The far right radicals—whom Krauhammer supports unequivocally—are running around with their hair on fire and won’t stop until Obama is impeached by the House.
The fact that the Senate will not convict Obama doesn’t mean anything to the right-wing faithful.
All they care about is delegitimizing the Obama presidency at any cost.

OR, they could do the job we tax payers spend on our money on them for and actually pass an immigration reform bill. Obama has given them every possibly chance to pass reform, but they refuse to do anything so if Congress won’t do their job, thankfully there’s a President that will.

No, you are incorrect. Its not that immigration reform is impeachable, merely floating the idea of “some” Executive Order on the subject is enough.

Okay, so he is not a science denier, and before the Republican Party went totally crazy, he was more moderate. But for at least the last 20 years he has become increasingly bitter and hateful. His hatred for President Obama is obvious in everything he writes and says. Watch him on TV sometime - you can practically see the spittle fly as he rants against this president. I have tried to analyze why he hates Obama - he never seemed like an overt racist, but maybe it was just latent until a black man won the White House. Pretty much every criticism translate to ‘uppity.’

If I had to guess, it would be that McConnell is going to use the next gov’t shutdown to try and corner Obama on some action, and then have Boehner file the papers then.
