I have been waiting for this, to be honest. The republican party will use churches as the way to try to reach the Hispanic vote. Its a path they are well versed in, so its sort of an obvious fit.
I have doubts, however, as to how much success it will yield. Handing out pamphlets telling people to learn English doesn’t really off set gangs of thugs showing up at the border with guns wanting to shoot children.
