Where on Earth is Kansas getting the money to fund these prosecutions?

The over/under on actual convictions is 0.5. Who’s betting?

How much you want to bet that these are Mickey Mouse “technical” violations, like someone moving and ending up registered in two different jurisdictions. And would anyone care to place a bet on whether these cases of “fraud” had any impact whatsoever on the outcome of an election?

What they lose in prosecuting these, they’ll make up in volume.

Don’t you know that making sure that as many poor/immigrant/black/etc people as possible can’t vote against the GOP is far more important than helping them have food to eat?

Have this guy troll over to Missouri. I KNOW of folks who are registered at their business in St Louis County instead of their residence in the city. I also KNOW of folks who have their car insurance at a county address instead of where they live in the city. These are also fraud and they are Republicans. And it would be easy to find by crashing databases against each other and checking the fall-out–insurance here and residence there. Residence here and registration there.

I am so tired of this outcry for the HANDFUL of suspected cases that target Democrats. It is absurd.

“Kobach previously said his office already identified 100 cases of potential voter fraud.”

In a state that votes overwhelmingly republican, who wants to bet that not a one of these so called cases will involve actual republican voters?

Even if there WAS voter fraud in Kansas, the state would still elect a bunch of racist fucking idiots.

But nice to see them roll out a national strategy in the dirty petri dish of KS.

Idiots.

^^THIS^^

Kansas is currently being torn apart by Rethug wolves who hold a majority. IF there were any genuine cases of voter fraud, it’s certainly not being done by Democrats and it doesn’t seem to be doing a g*ddamn bit of good.

This is not going to end well for you, Herr Kobach.

Nothing is up to date in Kansas City,
They’ve regressed about as fer as they can go.
They went and pumped a fraud 7 miles high
About as high as Brownback’s brought 'em low.
Everything’s in a fog in Kansas City
It’s thicker than a call-in radio show.
You can turn an issue on whenever you want some heat
With every kind of loon on every rural street.
You can slow the homos at their game with no wedding cake to eat.
They’ve regressed about as fer as they can go.
They’ve regressed about as fer as they can go…

That doesn’t matter–the goal is to keep people home on election day out of fear that they may be prosecuted for voter fraud.

Well, it IS intended to intimidate people into not voting.

So let me get this straight…a state governed from top to bottom by Republicans is concerned about …voter fraud?

They must really be concerned about how unpopular their policies are.

And they mean to keep it that way.
