Discussion: Kobach Echoes Trump's Baseless Claim That Millions Voted 'Illegally'

It’s important that they make people think voter fraud is a huge problem to help them justify their voter suppression efforts.

The fact that voter fraud is exceedingly rare doesn’t matter. They just need to repeat the lie enough to get people to believe it or at least have doubts.

It’s despicable.

You know who else voted in the election by the millions? Aliens. Not illegal humans from other countries, but genuine, honest-to-goodness beings from other planets!

I believe this, so it must be true!

As the sec state of Kansas, voting in the state is ultimately his responsibility. Wonder how much he found in his state, or if he’s gotten evidence from counterparts in other states. Though as a true believer evidence is not necessary.

Are there any plausible scenarios that do not entail the U.S. government being a complete clusterfuck roughly one year into Trump’s term in office?

Well he better get his ass back to Kansas and go door to door with his voter rolls and find out. We’ll call it the Kobach experiment. Let’s see how many more Republicans you find in KS that registered in two states and voted in two states.

Delegitimizing the US electoral process is really, really evil.

The utter stupidity of these statements are that he won.

One could claim he is correct, and that all those “illegals” voted for Trump! It was rigged! he didn’t even win the electoral college! The voter fraud cost Clinton Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin!

Delegitimizing an election he won, What. A. Fucking. Moron.

Make him show his evidence.

‘Patient X’ still might be bulletproof, but Kobach likely isn’t.

Kobach did acknowledge that he does not have evidence of non-citizens voting.

The immediate response from reporter or citizen alike should be “Go away. You are lying about what happened and stating things you yourself just said you have no evidence of, so please leave.”

Kobach: “Millions of Mexicans voted for Hillary.”

Journalist: “I find that hard to believe.”

Kobach: “Would you believe hundreds of anchor babies?”

Journalist: “I don’t think so.”

Kobach: “How about a guy who once ate at Taco Bell?”

Yeah, that’s the ticket!

Everyone connected with Trump has to make his random lies look like genius words of insight. If he spills coffee on himself, everyone in his vicinity will have to do the same. He’s the emperor, infallible.

Thinking the same thing.
If “millions” of people “voted illegally”, then the election should be annulled and re-voted.
