Discussion: Klobuchar: CBP Commissioner 'Didn't Even Mention' 7-Year-Old's Death During Testimony

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) said Sunday that she wants answers on Caal’s death.

“Answers” aren’t good enough. We need arrests and criminal prosecutions.

No democracy, no justice.

Simple common decency dictates that the head of a Federal agency would immediately disclose the death of a minor in custody. Having said that, this “Administration” has no decency whatsoever. I hope Senator Klobuchar does not let this go.

The seven-year-old was a brown person, right? Not really a surprise. Team Toadglans Border Protection Commissioners don’t talk about sub-humans.

If you murdered a seven year old girl you had responsibility for would you tell congress about it?

As bad as we all feel over the death of Jakelin what’s going to get Commissioner McAleenan is that the law requires that a death be reported to Congress withing 24 hours.
Seems to me this will be seen as intent to cover up mistreatment, hence he just triggered an investigation.

It could be like getting Capone for tax evasion.

Go Girl - kick him in his gonads .

Impeachment is not just for Presidents.

She expects this Administration to adhere to the law. How naive.
