During the rallies, Leroy Smith, director of the S.C. Department of Public Safety and who is black, was seen helping a white man wearing a T-shirt bearing a swastika get out of the heat.

Good for you, Leroy Smith, I would have left the son of a bitch to rotten in the sun. You are better than me, you helped him live longer so he can stew in his hate and miserable life for a little while. SOB doesn’t look like he has much left anyway.

Old white racist being helped by a black cop. He’s a racist, until he needs help. But, will this change his mind?

Kudos to the cop for not smacking that fool in the head. (since that is exactly what I would have wanted to do.)

Here Officer Smith demonstrates what it means to be a law enforcement officer: serve & protect the citizens whether or not the citizen in question is a “saint”.

Man, that picture needs to be licensed by the photographer and made into posters so we can frame them. What a wonderful reminder of the kinder side of we humans. Officer Smith, you did your badge proud and showed many what it means to be a real civil servant. Thank you!

I have to wonder if the man even believed it when he wrote it … I mean, if he’s paying any kind of close attention, he’d know better than to say something so patently false. Being ‘conservative’ is one thing but being chosenly stupid is quite another. Someone of Justice Roberts’ position and his station in life, I’m not willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and chocking it up to just a little ignorance. He’s long past those years.

Fox News’ ratings must be taking a hit with all these Confederate flag and KKK rallies. It takes a lot to get their viewership’s meat-filled asses off the couch. Good on them though - at least it could count as exercise.

He never believed it.

But it was a great excuse for his preferred outcome. Plus it makes a lot of folk out there - who prefer to live their lives out there in blissful ignorance and stick their heads in the sand whenever anyone points out that racism exists - happy. They’d rather ignore it than acknowledge it.
