Trump hasn’t directed anyone or agency to help protect the election processes because, in what counts as his heart, he knows he’ll need “outside forces” help again.
If tRump does anything to annoy Putin, he knows Putin will release “The Pee Tape.” It’s looking more and more likely that it or something similar exists.
Gee, in addition to expense, I wonder why state government officials would resist efforts to help them secure their voting process.
Why do I have a feeling that this is not about identifying weaknesses and gaps, but rather about identifying scapegoats (especially with ties to Obama)??
The previous administration was caught flat footed and had to deal with multiple issues, e.g. propaganda supporting one candidate and obstruction by one party, as well as attempted attacks on our voter rolls. This administration should have the support of their party, cannot be unaware, and came into the situation with a push from the previous administration. And then stopped moving. Sat down. Went golfing. Praised the man who orchestrated our current administration’s win. Did nothing that would upset a second class power run by a tin pot dictator. Because our President admires tin pot dictators. Thinks they are a step up. Which they may be for him. Sad
